The hotel with big and elegant rooms, in a residential area, close to many interesting places. Helpful staff and excellent location, perfect for me. Nearby Bar Rosanero - great place to chill out. Units in master bedroom.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel like we were visiting friends rather than staying at a hotel. The room was spacious and beautifully furnished, with comfortable beds and high ceilings. The breakfast was delicious, with fresh bread, cheese, fruit, and Italian coffee. The location was perfect, with plenty of great places to eat nearby, just a short walk from the beautiful botanic garden and the main street of the city. it was a very nice experience and made for a wonderful weekend getaway.
That the accommodation was located on a busy street, which meant there was some noise at night and in the morning. Additionally, the room and the overall accommodation could use some renovation.

My stay at Porta Carolina in Palermo was absolutely wonderful. I was in Palermo for a week-long vacation and the B&B made my experience truly memorable. The room was incredibly comfortable, with an amazing bed and an extra duvet that made it even better. The AC worked flawlessly, ensuring I was always comfortable in the room. The location of the B&B was perfect for sightseeing, as it was close to local churches, cafes, beaches. The breakfast served daily was made fresh and delicious, with a continental spread that included local cheese, ham, marmalade croissants. The staff was incredibly pleasant and went out of their way to be helpful. From organizing transport from the airport, to answering questions and providing recommendations, their hospitality was exceptional.
I would definitely recommend this hotel.
